Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios will apply to have an allegation he assaulted his former girlfriend Chiara Passari dismissed on mental health grounds. Credit:AP Loading His lawyer, Michael Kukulies-Smith, said that after reviewing Kyrgios’s medical history, including his mental health, he would make an application under a section of the Crimes Act to have the matter dismissed due to mental impairment.
